LMWS Laser Marking Workstation

A flexible, compact, integrated high-precision workstation designed to meet the customer's lean production requirements and offer a wide range of marking capabilities. Standard options include a rotating table, with the machine customizable to the specific process requirements of the customer. Integrated with the LMF fiber laser machine from Amada, this unit features the same GUI and interface, making it easy to transition seamlessly from prototyping to production stages.

• Fast and precise electric Z-axis for easy focus adjustment  (programmable axis optional)

• Easy part handling for maximum productivity

• Large viewing window for real-time monitoring of laser effects

• F-Theta 100mm, 160mm, and 254mm scanning lenses  available, suitable for processing various parts and sizes

• Exhaust port with flexible tubing ensures thorough fume  extraction

• Compact electric rotary axis for laser marking cylindrical parts  (optional)

• M6 type mounting base plate for easy part fixation

• Integrated with Amada's industrial-grade, mature LMF fiber  laser generator (10-100 W)
