Solarius Development was founded in 2000 and is located in San Jose, the center of Silicon Valley, California. Solarius provides professional optical metrology equipment to meet the basic quality requirements of surrounding technology companies. From the beginning of the 21st century to today, with the astonishing development of Silicon Valley technology and companies, Solarius has achieved tremendous success. Due to the fact that most consumer electronics and semiconductor components (as they are now) are produced in Asia, the demand for support and services for large-scale production of optical metrology systems led to the establishment of Solarius Hong Kong branch in 2013 and Solarius Trading Shanghai Ltd. in 2015. After emerging markets and customer manufacturing bases, Solarius India Limited was established in 2016. In 2017, SolariusGmbH Europe was established in Munich, Germany, and subsequently, the Solarius Technology Center in Essen contributed Solarius metrology expertise to the strong and technology driven market in Europe.
