VJ Micra BGA Rework System

VJ Electronix, Inc. introduces the "SRT Micra," a high-throughput rework system. Revolutionary new heating elements and power control deliver high performance. With the compact SRT design, the Micra addresses rework challenges for components such as PoP, QFN, micro passive components like 01005, 0.3mm pitch CSPs, and RF shields commonly used in smartphones, netbooks, GPS devices, cameras, media players, tablets, e-readers, and other small-sized products.  The SRT Micra offers rapid RF shield removal, minimizing thermal migration to sensitive components underneath. Micro-swept air removes residual solder from large, asymmetric RF shields to small, tightly spaced micro passive pads. This Micra

is equipped with the highly flexible SierraMate™ V9 rework software, featuring a new icon-driven user interface and SRT's new AutoRun™ automatic process setup. V9 further simplifies process definition, ensuring consistent, repeatable results while minimizing training and enhancing profitability.
