The revolutionary XQuik II AccuCount technology is faster than ever before. With available material handling automation, the XQuik system automatically counts components at more than twice the original speed. The new two-stage conveyor provides automatic loading and unloading of reels. Operators can scan barcodes, apply labels, and scan the next reel while counting, significantly increasing throughput. Faster inventory turnover reduces costs and eliminates the risk of stockouts due to offline events. The XQuik processes one standard

reel or four 7" reels at a time. The automatic counting algorithm means no programming is required. The easily customizable MES interface eliminates manual data entry, saving time and reducing the risk of human error.
